Kevin Kai-hsiang Chen is the co-founder of One-Forty, a non-profit organization committed to Southeast Asian migrant worker issues. He has worked at the CSBIX design studio, specializing in Creating Shared Value, which helps companies solve social issues. He was one of the founders of social media “Career for Change,” and a long-time participant of social activities aiming to “flip jobs.” He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at National Chengchi University, and was an exchange student at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He joined a 3-month slum care project in India, and also helped with community counseling in Mianyang of Sichuan after the Wenchuan Earthquake. Kevin is currently learning Indonesian.
