Dr. Kuo is the President of Comdek Industrial Corp. The company has developed medical devices for over 30 years and focuses on diagnostic and healthcare applications. In 2011, he was elected the Chairman of Taiwan Medical and Biotech Industrial Association. As chairman, he actively promoted the modification of the pharmacy and device regulation to create an environment conducive to the biotechnology industry in Taiwan. Furthermore, he is also an Adjunct Professor at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology since 2008. He holds a Ph.D. from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and MBA from Tulane University.
