Hsieh Shen-Yen, Dick Hsieh, has been the President of Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited since 2014 and its Executive Director since 2013. He was an Executive Vice President of Delta Electronics (Dongguan) between 2003 and 2013 and he has also served on the board of directors of Delta Greentech (China) since 2012. He has an EMBA degree from National Taipei University of Technology.

Mr. Hsieh has promoted CSR activities in Thailand, such as the community projects, bursaries for rural schools and collaboration with local universities in education. During his current tenure, the company has won awards including a 2016 SET (Security Exchange of Thailand) Company Outstanding Award, 2016 CEO Awards, and a SET Sustainability Award.
