Dr. Phairush Burapachaisri currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization that plays a significant role in boosting national economic and social development. He is mainly responsible for promoting international trade by cooperating with foreign governments and private sectors. He also accepts many social responsibilities and has held several positions such as Honorary Consul of Republic of Botswana to the Kingdom of Thailand and Chairman of East Asia Business Council Thailand, to name a few. In addition, he established PIN SIAM group of companies and had over 50 years of experience in the high quality heavy construction and mining equipment industry. He also co-founded Metro Cat groups of company. He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from the USA.
