The Honorable Perfecto “Jun” Rivas Yasay served as Foreign Secretary of the Philippines from 2016 to 2017. Prior to his appointment as Foreign Secretary, Hon. Yasay has also served as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2005 to 2010. With a distinguished legal career, Hon. Yasay has practiced law in both the Philippines and the United States.
